Queenston Residences will bring a personal touch to our students’ stay. Our lease requires a guarantor which ensures both parents and students are informed and comfortable with the policies and leasing agreement with Queenston Residences. We encourage parents and students to ask questions so that they may feel secure during their residency here.
A = Queenston Residences has 18 surveillance cameras located both inside and outside the building which is monitored by staff. Security patrols nightly. Our building contains a highly secure key fob system where tenants need only one key, which secures each individual bedroom only allowing the tenant access to their room.
A = Queenston Residences rental costs are ALL INCLUSIVE! Water, heat/air conditioning, electricity, parking, & 24/7 use of the hangout & work out rooms.
